A Message from Our Team

Del Val’s Environmental Club is excited to once again partner with Tree-Plenish. We hope to offset 50% of our school’s energy consumption by selling 440 saplings. Our goal is to inspire positive changes that will lead to a brighter future by educating students, staff, and community members about the impact their choices have on the environment.

Sapling Information

Saplings will come as bareroot saplings. This means they are dormant until they are planted and typically bloom 4-6 weeks after being planted. Here is an example of what bareroot saplings look like.

For more information about the saplings and for resources about how to plant and care for them, visit the Tree-Plenish Resource page.

Jamie Markowski

Hi! I’m Jamie Markowski and I am a current senior at DVRHS. I am currently our club president and have been a part of the club for 3 years. I have loved helping to run and facilitate environmental initiatives over the years and hope that we meet or exceed our goals with Treeplenish!

Taylor Negrin

Hello! I’m Taylor Negrin and I'm a Sophomore at Delaware Valley. I have been in Environmental club since freshman year and currently I'm the Vice President and the Tree-Plenish Coordinator. We've done many things to help reduce the amount of waste contributing to pollution, and I'm thrilled to have played a part in it last year, this year, and for the rest of my high school career.
